Zachary J Band

Finding the right pieces can be tough. Having recorded a solo record in 2005, Zach set out to put together a band. The lineup did not begin to solidify til he approached his long time friend Jon (lead guitar). They played out as an acoustic duo for a couple of years occasionally putting together a full band for specific shows. In early 2009 they finally found the missing pieces in Ross (bass) and Greg (drums) and have hit the ground running.

Together they create a very unique brand of music that pulls from both classic (The Beatles, Stevie Wonder) and modern (John Mayer, Switchfoot, Marc Broussard) artists. The goal? To provide something for everyone not just through catchy melody, but heartfelt lyrics and thoughtful musicianship.
ZJB's setlist consists soley of original material written by Zach and arranged by the whole band.
