"How Bands Can Interact Online: The 10 Point Strategy"

If you’re looking to expand how your music is consumed, you’ll want to set up an account at Tune Core, a company that handles online distribution of music through a variety of outlets. Tune Core does the one thing every band needs a record label to do: getting music out to the masses. Tune Core deals with the most popular online services such as iTunes, Amazon MP3, Myspace music, Zune Network, Emusic and a bevy of other online retailers. The upside to using Tune Core is its ease of use and affordable rates, something the modern day record label giant can no longer claim. While mainly used by smaller independent artists, Tune Core’s repertoire includes notables such as Zack Gross, Aretha Franklin and Trent Reznor (see the social media pattern?). - DigitalEYE Media: Internet Marketing Experts of Orange County

"Piano Mano"

Zack Gross is from Miami, FL. He started taking piano lessons at the age of 5 and began composing shortly after that. He completed the piano preparatory program at the Frost School of Music at University of Miami and is now a senior at the University of Rochester where he is studying Psychology, Music, Astronomy, American Sign Language and Film.

'Infrasonic Rumbles,' the second CD by Zack Gross blends various genres including jazz, blues, electronic and new age but has a little bit more of a classical feel to it as well.

These tracks will provide the perfect blend either to study with, soothe that tormented soul, or just kick it on the balcony... - Posted by ev at 3/01/2010 | wearethearchetype.com

Bio

Zack Gross is from Miami, FL. He started taking piano lessons at the age of 5 and began composing shortly after that. He completed the piano preparatory program at the Frost School of Music at University of Miami and graduated from the University of Rochester in 2010 where he minored in Music and studied classical piano at the Eastman School of Music.

'Infrasonic Rumbles,' the second CD by Zack Gross blends various genres including jazz, blues, electronic and new age but has a little bit more of a classical feel to it as well. The first few songs on the album feature piano heavily with accompaniments by strings, brass and woodwind instruments. The album also features songs that are in keeping with the Jazz/Blues feel common to songs from his first CD, 'Less War, More Paddling.' But this time around, there are also some more experimental songs, including a three part atonal piece.

Zack composes and produces all his songs on a Korg Triton Synthesizer, playing all the instruments himself and engineering a unique blend of instruments ranging from solo piano tracks to songs that include such instruments as strings, guitar, sitar, drums, bass, xylophone, and more.

To purchase music by Zack Gross, visit the iTunes music store, Amazon.com, or a number of other various online music stores.
