Zacklanta is an entertainer born and raised in the streets of Atlanta, Ga. After buying his first two rap cds by NWA and Tupac, he began to develop his own sound as an artist. But it wasn't until some years later when he decided to pursue a career in music. Now having ten years in the game, he gives credit to Pimp C, Tupac, and Peanut the Don as his biggest influences. He now has his own team called Down South Alumni (DSE) which heads the campaign for his latest single called “Supply and Demand”. Supply and Demand is more than just a song, its a movement for the Atlanta bred artist. It is an anti-drug song with message behind it for young black boys. Message is DON'T BE STUPID! This song will be promoted thru video and a campaign of commercials shot by his management company Tickled Black Affiliatez. Zacklanta is using his gift to make the industry aware of his presence and telling the consumer he can supply and demand any form entertainment they need. Zacklanta has definitely been on the grind. He has performed at and for A3C, World Star Radio, and Smurfworld Ent. His music is available for purchase in several stores in the Atlanta market and online. Zacklanta has affiliations with Coalition Djs and runs his own showcases for local artists. He is ready and willing work with anyone else who ready to work. Zacklanta believes his authenticity and hunger will set him apart from other artists. Whether its the music we hear from him, or interviews he wants his following to know it is coming from a real place. He believes the industry is missing the “real factor” and hopes to change that. Zacklanta isn't just saying words because they sound good. He has a message in his music. His message is about empowering people and giving back to your community. He talks about awareness and being the “rose from concrete”. With his music he hopes to lead and aspire all people especially the youth. With big plans for his future including music, movies, clothing line, and bigger shows there's no stopping for DSE or Zacklanta.
