Zakk Knight Band

Zakk Knight, 16 years old and firmly rooted in blues with his eyes on the big stage to enable him to share his inspirations through his own original music. Zakk is the 2009 Robert Johnson Foundation New Generation Award Winner, a performer at the 2010 Robert Johnson Birthday Celebration, and an attendee of the International Blues Challenge. Zakk began playing guitar at age 12 and has since developed his skill as a guitarist, singer, and song writer, He continues to work on new material for his first CD release as his band polishes their sound in preparation for upcoming performances. Roger Logan, an experienced musician on Bass who has played in several genres touring the midwest with as many as 260 performances in one year. Kip Harris, an accomplished drummer who has various influences giving him a perfect mix of flavor for this high energy blues rock trio.
