About Zan: Joel Levi Feveck a.k.a. “Zan,” is well recognized in the music fraternity for his songwriting skills and vocal ability to perform in various genres. Growing up in Trinidad and Tobago his love for music grew from childhood when he was groomed as a young boy in voice training by his mother. As a songwriter, his talent speaks for itself and his joy and pleasure stems from his ability to capture in song, the soul of life. His early songwriting portfolio includes: "Can't Wait" sang by H2O Flow; "Energy" sang by Tony Prescott & Surface; "Love Somebody" sang by Destra Garcia; "Wine and Bend Over" sang by Shal Marshall. Beyond the shores of Trinidad Zan recorded “Hard to Say Goodbye” with French artiste Flow Fiji in early 2001. In 2005, his song "Watching Woman” reached #1 in the soca industry. In 2005 he joined the ranks of internationally renowned soca artiste Machel Montano and Xtatik. From then he wrote "Heart of a Man" in collaboration with Machel Montano and "Always Be" which he sang alongside Patrice Roberts. In 2006, Zan won Pan Song of the year with "Colors Again" and won second place in the International Groovy Soca Monarch competition with his collaboration song "Always Be" sang as a duet with Patrice Roberts. Zan’s recent songs include "Till Tomorrow (Hold Me Close)" with Patrice Roberts, "All We Need," the favorite 2008 Carnival anthem “Out on de Road,” and “Slip Away,” “Hold You Down” in 2008.
