With one foot rooted in the best traditon of the electric blues, Zed acknowledged their influences yet avoided the worshipful regurgitation that is often the downfall of many bands. Their ripping rendition of Hendrix "Red House" and Cream's "Strange Brew" confimred the indebtedness to their influences. Zed's laid back vocals played a secondary role to his guitar work.
