Zero Hero is a Nu-Metal band originating in late 2016 from Anchorage, AK that became the "symbol of capable rejects" as 4 musicians found each other at their worst, rejecting the label of normality. Sick of only having punk, metal, and rock bands available in The Last Frontier, they blended all 3 with hip-hop rhythm and rap lyricism, with the intent to leave a dent. The band started to weaponize the sounds of different genres present, reworking them into a sound that can't be forgotten easily. All not for revenge, however, but simply cause insanity is the byproduct of daring action.
Having nothing left to lose and everything to stake, the 4 shared the same ideals, expressing them in the only unconventional way known to them as musicians; by acting as a beacon for similar interests through their music. Having very little to work with, Zero Hero is just that; a zero sick of waiting for the hero. And they're here to twist and warp the lines between genres itself.
