Bio

Was born in Aleppo, Syria, to a Syrian mother and a Palestinian father. His mother and his grandmother played the oud and it was from them that he received his first lessons.

He considers traditional music his main musical background and simultaneously inkjets new musical ideas in existing traditional music, with ultimate goal being simple and deep feeling at the same time.

Since 1988 he lives in Greece.
