Rock/Worship
12-Tracks
Release Date- Out Now
by C.W. Ross

Ziggie, AKA Scott Ziegler , lists the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Phil Keaggy, and Petra as some of his musical influences. Those influences can be heard on this release with the 60's rock edge found on many of the songs.

This release is also very rich with guitar work. Besides Ziggie, Rob McRae, Mike Porier and Dave Reich all have guitar parts credit on songs.

The music found on this release is sixty minutes of guitar rock meets worship. The songs deal with: salvation, God's guidance, intimate faith, God's peace, living a Godly life and sharing your faith with others.

Besides the great guitar work you'll also find very solid vocals on this release.

I also have to mention the very nice saxophone work performed by Robert Williams on the CD's last track, "Eagle's Wings."

Ziggie has a real heart for the Lord and it shines brightly in this release.

If you're ready to play some air guitar, rock out and worship the Lord then this is the CD for you! - Christian Rockers Online

"CD review"

This CD brings a refreshing sound that obviously originates from the heart. Ziggie leaves out the fluff that plagues this genre and instead delivers great riffs followed by thoughtful lyrics. - Rich Mullins

Bio

Ziggie, aka Scott Ziegler, is originally from Buffalo NY, but after a tour in the Navy he settled in Charleston SC and has called this area home for the past 14 years.

Ziggie crosses rock with praise and worship music into a blend that sounds fresh and retro at the same time. His first and most basic influences are the Beatles and Led Zeppelin followed closely by Phil Keaggy and Petra.

Ziggie has been leading prasie and worship since 1997 and has lead six of the eight worship teams he's been a member of, including the 1997 March For Jesus in Charleston. He has also been a member of five Christian bands. He plays rhythm and bass guitars and has also picked up a bit of lead.

In July 2003, Ziggie released an acoustic project called "The Process", which was followed up by his first full length release entitled "The Music Of My Life" in 2005. Ziggie was also selected to proceed to the semi-finals of the Exalting Him! National Talent Search in the Atlanta, GA region this past August. "Nice sound, great style!" was the feedback he received.

Ziggie has a passion to share music that promotes and exalts the Lord Jesus Christ and His kingdom work. He also has a heart to reach out to the poor and destitute. He hopes, with his music, to be able to support and fund the ministries of others with this same calling.
