Bio
Zion Rising got their start in 2007 as a worship band at their church. The band began writing their own original songs to use in worship services, along with their cover songs. Soon Zion Rising had enough songs to record and produce a six-song EP titled "At Your Side", which was released in July of 2010. The band took a short break in September of 2010, due to some change in personell. Since then, they have been playing shows in the St. Louis area.
Zion Rising wants to create new Christian music that is inspiring and meaningful, while not sounding generic or bland. Our sound is unique and original.
