Zombifyus

Zombifyus can be rooted back to the early solo works of Bennett Dobni, a record producer and active musician based out of Saskatoon. Bennett spent a number of years making luscious experimental recordings out of his basement in the long cold Saskatchewan winters before he decided to acquire another member, Josh Feldman. Josh is also an active studio engineer in Saskatoon with the same love for interesting audio equipment and technical creation of music. The two members contrast each other well in influence. The dynamic duo focuses on creating sonic textures and evident motion in their music. At times the product is even danceable, other times it is very introspective and relaxing. Much of the music is created from carefully constructed home-made samples, tapeloops, and guitars through many effect and loop-based pedals.
