"Another Point Of View - review"

Here is a cd that demands to be heard with it’s straight ahead attitude driven Rock’N'Roll, all power wrapped up with great compositions and playing melding all that is good in Australian rock into a cd of rare quality in an age when technology has overtaken talent. Listen once and it will stay in your player and with every listen you will discover more about where Zoophyte want us to be taken. Laden with Didgeridoo to keep a ethereal sound to envelope us all. Listen and you too will feel Zoophyte in your soul.

This cd chose itself for us as nothing beats quality music!

Emerging from Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs in 2004, Zoophyte are a high-octane four piece rock band, with a reputation as a fantastic live act. It's been a busy twelve months for Zoophyte, taking an indefinite hiatus to explore and redevelop their sound, and the results could not be more exciting.

Undoubtedly more upbeat and sounding bigger than ever - the rockier Zoophyte have received rave reviews from industry crew and fans new and old. Having flirted with a variety of styles and sounds over the years, the boys and have finally found their sweet spot with 2010 set to catapult Zoophyte fans to a brand new stratosphere.

Having circled Australia several times in 2007/2008 after the release of “Another Point Of View”, the revamped Zoophyte, featuring Cam Lee (Vocals, Guitar), Gilps (Bass), Rob Munios (Guitar, Vocals) and Elvis Aljus (Drums, Vocals) are eager to get back on the road and back in front of crowds.
