Really nice crisp sound created equally by the musicianship of the band as well as the producer. Good to hear live drums recorded extremely well.

ZUU just played with old lead singer RISA at Z100's 2005 Zootopia Concert @ Continental Airlines Arena. There were 10,000+ people watching us as we rocked the house. We played the ALL ACCESS LOUNGE stage directly before national artists AKON ("Lonely" & "Locked Up") and Bowling For Soup ("1985" & "Almost"). All of Pops biggest stars were on the bill including Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Rob Thomas, Black Eyed Peas and Simple Plan.

BIO:
ZUU is a pro NYC/NJ band that is spawned from all things funky and rock. Created by Charlie Zeleny, a pro NYC session drummer, ZUU is heralding in a new era of music and musicianship for popular music.
ZUU's new style of music draws influence from artists like Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Faith No More, Aerosmith, Stevie Wonder, Living Colour, Maroon 5, Rage Against the Machine, Led Zepplin, Collective Soul and U2.
Success seems like its only around the corner since the band played their biggest gig thusfar as the House Band at The International Photography Awards (www.LucieAwards.com).
The event was held at American Airlines Broadway Theater in Times Square, NYC to a crowd of 700+ including celebrity presenters like Debroah Harry of Blondie. The band spanned all styles of music while playing all walk-ons/cues for the entire event. The Live DVD release will be available internationally in late 2005.
The band just finished up their their EP recorded at Carriage House Studios Frenchtown, NJ, PC Studios Brooklyn, NY and Dr. Z Studios in Rockaway, NJ and is available now. ZUU is currently booking festivals and is gearing up for a lengthy college tour in 2005.
Other apperances include House Band for Club Stealth, Mara's and 17 Main in NJ.
