For fans of West Coast hip hop, there’s this: “Runn it Back,” the new Ep from Bigg Dubb and the Rawkman.
The Rawkman is the alter ego of Daniel Dominguez, a guy know for fronting the chaotic hardcore groove band Farooq. In recent years, he’s moved into producing and also released an album with his solo rap project vxDEDxv.
Here, he teams up with his cousin Bigg Dubb (aka Fresno rapper JDubb) and longtime collaborator Javi Garcia (credited as My Foo Javi, The Creator) for a trio of old-school West Coast bangers.
“Keep it West like it’s supposed to be.
So when I hit the stage it’s all eyes on me.”
The group announced last week it had been picked up by Black Market Records Affiliated Artists out of Las Vegas, putting them in the company of Berner.

Bigg Dubb and The Rawkman bring you their latest music in form of this Mini Release! "Back in the Mix" is made up of three of the Hip-Hop trio's newest singles: "Back in the Mix {myfoo}", 'Stay (feat. Funkmeista)", and "Top Still Down".
This eclectic West Coast Hip-Hop Mini Release starts off with "Back in the Mix {myfoo}"; where Bigg Dubb and The Rawkman lead you through the perfect song to play at a party, kickback, or cookout. Following to the second track, "Stay (feat. Funkmeista)" where a relatable topic is told; a catchy hook from Funkmeista keeps you engaged to the progression of the story. Ending this Mini Release is "Top Still Down"; the perfect song for cruising nights, where Bigg Dubb and The Rawkman bring you in for a trip down to their upbringing to now. Bigg Dubb, The Rawkman, MyFooJavi along with All Things Fresno hosted a free event at Ragin Records on Saturday 4/19/25 in celebration of the release that same day.
The title track made its debut on the April 13th episode of Q97.1’s Ruthless Radio.

The Rawkman is an artist and producer, who got his name from playing and touring in Metal and Hardcore bands while creating beats for his cousins back home in Fresno, California.
