This will be the Boondock Kingz first release signed to D-Thrash Productions and the lineup in the track is a showcase of the lyrical arsenal coming out of this music family. The track features the Jawga Boyz, Teacher Preacher, Porch Matthews, Handz Onn, and Them Riverbank Boys. Boondock Kingz states that D-Thrash Productions is family, not just label and “12 Inch Lift” was a product of that unity you will find at D-Thrash Productions. The track “12 Inch Lift” was born out of the 2nd studio session for the D-Thrash Productions duo. Teacher Preacher brought a chorus and everyone else just started contributing 16 bars. Having personally listened to the track prior to release, I realized that the crossover to a real country hip hop style was coming to past. The beat goes hard with a flow that attacks your ears. The Boondock Kingz and the rest of the D-Thrash Productions family see it as an anthem.
