The Bastrop Texas Film & Music Festival (formerly known as the Off Kilter Film Festival for the last 5 years) is expanding to add 4 days of live music this year. This festival is sponsored and hosted by local Bastrop non-profit org "Upstart". Our BTXFest website will be live this week. Trying to get the music submission link on the site before we go live.
