Educate The Antidote

Educate The Antidote is: Frank Wilkins Jr., Nate Tanaka, Sam Neilson, and Tyler Geis.

Educate The Antidote formed in 2012. The original members include: Kali Stoddard-Imari (Singer/Songwriter), Nate Tanaka (Rock & Roll Guitarist/Vocalist), and Frank Wilkins Jr. (Hip-Hop Artist). The trio met while working at an afterschool program in Cambridge, Massachusetts. At the time, each member was actively pursuing individual careers in music. However, they united to inspire and celebrate a group of exceptional youth leaders.

The song Rise Up was born, and became the foundation for their future musical endeavors. With a sound that finds the midpoint between Linkin Park and Gym Class Heroes, Rise Up, received rave reviews. The group was encouraged to continue to explore this new sound. Three months later, they had completed their debut EP Educate The Antidote. Soon after, they began playing shows in the Boston area. ETA had arrived.

Playing out meant the band needed to expand, and the search for a drummer began. Sam joined the band in the Fall of 2012. Unfortunately, Kali left the band in September 2013 to focus on his solo career. The guys remain friends and huge supporters of each others music. You can find more from him at www.ProjectKali.com. Every ending is a new beginning though, and a short time later Tyler became ETAs full-time bassist.

The mission of Educate the Antidote is to empower the learners of the world and to combat the sickness of ignorance, with one simple message: Never stop learning. Never stop loving. Never stop striving for more. Always remember to take a Break and have fun!
