Indepedent Artists - 38 Songs Needed For Music Premium

Quentasia will be selling consumer electronics (laptops, tablets, phones) online and they intend to offer branded flash drives as premiums (free gifts) along with purchases. On these flash drives, they intend to include music from various independent artists. This will be a great way to create value for their customers and be an effective cross-selling tool. Quentasia would like to license music from independent artists and would also like to get whatever biographical info you would like to share as they will also be creating pdf liner notes to further promote the artist's music.

REQUIREMENTS:

1). No explicit lyrics. All genres and instrumentals are acceptable.

2). You must own the rights to the sound recording and the underlying music and lyrics. Sorry, no covers.

3). You must have the ability to supply a MP3 version of your song at a bit rate of 128 kbps.

4). Must be US Citizen or permanent resident. Quentasia is not authorized to pay non-US citizens.

5). Must be willing sign master use license and license for underlying composition and lyrics.

6). Must be willing to provide w9 information (tax payer identification information so payments can be distributed to you.) This is standard and exactly what you would have to provide to a Performing Rights Society. If you're not comfortable providing this information, please do not apply.

7). Royalty payments are made quarterly based off the number of music premium distributed in prior quarter. No deductions for recoupment. No advances.
