The production team is looking for tracks to score key parts of the upcoming release. Submitted tracks should appropriately match the mood of one of these four scenes:

  • In the first, a woman in her 20’s rises at 6 A.M. sharp to a Brit-pop beat emanating from her clock radio. Wearing her middle school pajamas and settling for the stale flavor of re-micro-waved coffee, the redheaded protagonist eats a bowl of cereal, brushes her teeth and applies makeup, going from a 6 to an 8 with all the precision of a metropolitan zoo brain surgeon. Brimming with confidence in the face of the unbreakable monotony of her daily routine, the red-decked every girl sets off on her apple-red moped to corral the needs of a growing marketplace. This scene is about a minute and a half in duration.

  • In the second, our protagonist, back in her flannel nightwear, is tasked with putting a set of highly suspicious children to rest after a long day on the Hallmark Channel. Resembling Norah Jones, a singer serenades the scene with a lullaby’s sensitivity, even lending the bratty teenager (who lies carelessly throughout) a certain air of calm. This scene is about a minute in duration.

  • In the third, a bunch of those punk teenagers are seen sneaking through a chain link fence to sit on a picnic bench, drink gruel from red cups and make out with seniors. After the girl-liar-extraordinaire from the last scene introduces her face to a tree branch, the older boy who just minutes before was sucking her face selfishly abandons her to be arrested by the cops. Any track submitted for this scene should embody the thug life and harsh realities of an evening behind bars. This scene is about a minute in duration.

  • In the fourth, the reunited family gathers around the dining room table to watch a playful video produced by one of the children. This scene is all about the fun of goofy titles, funny faces and lots of giggling. The song should reflect the fact that despite the many hardships of a modern suburban lifestyle, a Cyndi Lauper cover can put anyone at ease. This scene is about two minutes in duration.
