Acoustic Long Island

Acoustic Long Island, located in Deepwell's Mansion, St. James, NY, is an intimate live venue, in a captivating 19th century mansion living room. It is looking to book local and touring solo artists and bands to perform live on the first Wednesday of every month. Acoustic Long Island welcomes acoustic related genres, but no covers; original music only. Artists will have one, 40 minute set. Artists will be compensated: Possible $50 stipend, 100% of Merchandise sales, and the performance is recorded and aired on the Acoustic Long Island podcast with over 10,000 listeners worldwide. Here’s what selected artists get:

• Artists will be compensated: Possible $50 stipend, 100% of Merchandise sales, and the performance is recorded and aired on the Acoustic Long Island podcast with over 10,000 listeners worldwide. It has been the Number one Acoustic Podcast in iTunes for over 5 years now.
• Acoustic Long Island can provide a Yamaha P-80 keyboard, full PA including 2 stage monitors, mics and 3 DIs. Artists need only bring their instruments and amps if necessary.

About the venue:

Acoustic Long Island is a 100-150 capacity, intimate live venue, in a captivating 19th century mansion living room. On the first Wednesday of every month, the showcase features two, up-and-coming artists and seasoned veterans alike, giving them an opportunity to share their visions with a receptive audience at the historic Deepwells Mansion. Performers as local as down the block and as far away as Los Angeles and San Diego have performed, including Ben Taylor, Tom Chapin, The Chapin Sisters, American Idol contestant Caleb Hawley, Chris Trapper, Antje Duvekot, Amberly Thiessen (Canadian Idol Finalist), Martha Trachtenberg, Little Toby Walker, Andy Mac, Dan Stevens, and a host of others.
