Action Against Hunger Concert Series

Apply here for a chance to perform at one of the most reputable and legendary New York City music venues, the Bitter End. The Bitter End and ComeTrue Records are hosting a monthly concert series to generate awareness and funds for the famine relief organization, Action Against Hunger (www.actionagainsthunger.org). A variety of genres are accepted and artists will receive 50% of the door from people they bring in with the other 50% going to Action Against Hunger. There will be 4-5 spots per month for the best acts that have a solid draw in the area.



Action Against Hunger is a non-profit international relief & development organization committed to saving the lives of malnourished children and families while providing sustainable access to safe water and long-term solutions to hunger. Through the ACF International Network, which runs programs in 44 countries, they help save more than 4 million lives a year.



If you are a band or an artist who want to give back with their music and have a solid draw in NYC then you will receive strong consideration to participate in the event. Past performers include Clara Lofaro (www.claralofaro.com), Lucy Woodward (www.lucywoodward.com) and many other incredible NYC artists.



Each show will have many notable industry figures in the room. Past figures have been from Sony BMG, Atlantic, Carlin Entertainment, Live Nation and many more.
