ADAM1 - Song Submissions for Film

ADAM1 Entertainment is seeking (original/no samples) male and female acoustic songs for placement in new indie film from an established director/producer. Songs should have a dreamy ambient feel with little to no percussion. As is standard in this type of agreement, there will not be royalty payments, however songwriters will be compensated per track used depending upon location and if track is featured or not./n/nADAM1 Entertainment is seeking (original/no samples) male and female acoustic songs for placement in new indie film from an established director/producer. ADAM1 is a new entertainment company that focuses on music supervision/ publishing and licensing . It has placed songs in several film projects and has placements on television shows such as C.S.I., Guiding Light, and NCIS. Many ADAM1 compositions can also be heard in advertisements for Burger King, AT&T, Sprite and Pepsi.



This project will be headed straight to the festival circuit with a push for larger theatrical release. The producers have sold their last 3 films and will seek national and international distribution for this as well. Please note that songwriters retain ownership over their materials, and that this is a basic flat fee license. As is standard in this type of agreement, there will not be royalty payments, however songwriters will be compensated per track used depending upon location and if track is featured or not.

Additional Notes:



As the final selection of use of the song is up to the director, selected songs cannot be assured placement in the film. However, ADAM1 intends to submit approximately 15 - 20 songs for this listing as there are only 3 cues in the film and any artists who submit a song have the possibility to be one of them. Artist selected will be given full screen credit and provided with a copy of the finished product. If a soundtrack album is produced, artists selected through Sonicbids will be given preference and will receive appropriate royalties for albums sold.



Also, any artist selected for this listing will be given the opportunity to join the ADAM1 library, receive a feature spot on the site, and will be placed on the next ADAM sampler CD to be distributed to Music supervisors.
