Alice in the Village is a unique store and tea room located in the beautiful Old Mystic Village in Mystic CT. It's a popular venue that's hosting a weekly jazz series. The store is themed after the original Alice and her wonderland friends. Alice in the Village is currently looking for jazz musicians who are interested in participating in this paid gig this fall/winter.

Alice in the Village is a unique store and tea room located in the beautiful Old Mystic Village in Mystic CT. It's a popular venue and hosting a weekly jazz series. Alice in the Village is dedicated to a fictional character of Lewis Carroll's children's novel “Alice's Adventures in Wonderland” (1865) and its sequel, “Through the Looking-Glass” (1871).

Alice in the Village has a long history as a music mecca in CT. Local and regional artists have performed at this tiny tea room which has been a staple in the area for years. Alice in the Village is one venue that remains, honoring the rich musical tradition of Mystic, CT.

Looking for jazz duos, trios, quartets, and solo acts

Bands must be actively playing shows 

Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play

Bands are able to sell merch on-site

All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase

Acts must have a solid online presence
