Alive Festival 2008

Alive Festival is in it’s 21st year and is a 4 day/4 night Contemporary Christian music festival with over 20,000 attending each day from 40 states & Canada.

Alive is held in northeastern Ohio, just south of Cleveland at Clay’s Park, a beautiful 500-acre site in the rolling hills of Amish country.

Alive is one of the nation’s largest Christian music festivals with 3 stages, a beach stage, a woods stage and a large outdoor natural amphitheater with a huge sound & lighting system plus two giant LED video walls and food vendors, festival marketplace, attractions and a variety of activities for all ages.

Alive features swimming, waterslides, camping, basketball, beach volleyball, paddle boats, over 60 concerts & seminars, sports programs, children’s tent, late night café’ seminars and workshops etc.

Selected artists will be provided with food and get to keep 100% of merchandise sales. Additionally, Alive will provide basic backline for artists to use that includes drum set, bass amp and 2 guitar amps. Keyboards are the responsibility of the artist(s).

Original contemporary Christian music preferred, but not required. The most important criterion is that there are no offensive lyrics. Styles accepted include: Rock, Alternative Rock, Hard Rock, Hip-Hop & Rap, Gospel, Acoustic, Folk and Adult Contemporary.
