Altsounds.com is owned and operated by several music industry executives including management, A&R and studio owners that are behind some of the world's biggest artists. As industry insiders, we know there are many people who use Altsounds.com as a reliable A&R source.
Altsounds is partnering with Sonicbids to discover new artists and help provide them with the exposure they need to be successful in the music business. Not everyone can get their music in front of the right people - Altsounds is giving you that opportunity!
We will be selecting one Sonicbids artist to receive a featured profile (an $800 value) on the Altsounds website. Altsounds.com will also assist in band development, promotion, etc (a $1,000 value).
Past or current artist profiles include: Kiss, The Offspring, Yellowcard, Corrosion of Conformity, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Sevendust, the New Pornographers, David Cross, Elliott Smith, Hot Hot Heat and Taking Back Sunday.
The contest will be judged by the industry professionals behind Altsounds.com, as well as a number of other high traffic music websites and industry trade magazines.
