Americana International 2009

Americana International in Nottinghamshire, UK is Europe's #1 Americana lifestyle event and features over 40 great artists from the UK, Europe & the US. Typically drawing 70,000+ people every year, the event has given its faithful supporters a long weekend of cool American music, great cars, motorcycles, trucks, RV's from the early 1900s to the present.

All selected artists will be compensated a negotiable fee plus accommodation, land travel and expenses. There is a premium sound system & backline (including a premium drum kit) on all of the event's five stages not provide pedal steel guitars, brass instruments.

There is also the possibility for a tour to be arranged for selected artists. If you are selected for a tour, the necessary sound equipment, transportation and accommodation will be provided, if required.

2008 performers included Asleep at the Wheel, The Manfreds, Nick Willett, Jay Chevalier, Darts, Gail Davies and many more. This year's festival, July 9-12th, will continue the great mixture of rock'n'roll, country, R&B, blues and alternative music.

To be considered, artists must have distribution in the UK and preferably Europe.
