Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to the Americana Music Festival & Conference, bringing over 1,000 executives, professionals and artists together from all over the world.

There are at least 6 slots reserved for Sonicbids artists. Selected artists get an honorarium, one full conference registration and showcase wristbands for remaining band members. The festival will feature roughly 100 showcase or performance slots for established and emerging artists, performing in both daytime slots and off-site evening showcases.

The 2010 event featured Robert Plant, Guy Clark, John Mellencamp, Shelby Lynne and many more, including many Sonicbids artis/n/nThe 12th Annual Americana Music Festival & Conference is expected to bring over 1,000 executives, professionals and artists together from all over the world. There are at least six slots reserved for Sonicbids artists.



The Americana Music Festival will feature approximately 100 showcase or performance slots for both established and emerging artists, performing in both daytime slots and off-site evening showcases.



Selected artists get a small honorarium, ONE full conference registration and showcase wristbands (access to music venues only) for the remaining band members.



The Americana Music Conference features numerous panels, seminars, a trade show and much more. This special event covers the interests and needs of artists, managers, labels, radio stations, publishers, agents, promoters, retailers, performing rights organizations, legal and business affairs, tour-related services, merchandisers, new media, and all related allied professionals.



Genres accepted include Americana, roots, alternative country, folk, bluegrass and blues. Submissions will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and all artists will be notified of their selection status no later than July 29, 2011.



The 2010 Music Festival featured many established and developing acts: 18 South, American Aquarium, Chatham County Line, Danny Barnes, Dierks Bentley, Don Schlitz, Fairfield Four, Greg Koons & The Misbegotten, Guy Clark, Holly Williams, John Mellencamp, John Oates, Langhorne Slim, Madison Violet, Micky and the Motorcars, Otis Gibbs, Peter Case, Railroad Earth, Rayland Baxter, Robert Plant and the Band of Joy, Shelby Lynne, , The Chapmans, The Defibulators, The Infamous Stringdusters, Dan Baird and Friends, Todd Thibaud, Tony Joe White, Wanda Jackson and Will Kimbrough.
