AMG Management advises and counsels talent in the music industry. Our mission is to be the premier source for A & R looking for exceptional, unsigned talent.



We advise artists on everything and anything that enhances the development of a performing artist's career from complex negotiations to long term career plans - we have a broad range of experience in the music industry. We are well informed on music industry practices, standards, and regulations. Only with experience and up to date knowledge can a personal manager benefit clients.

We believe that the most important characteristic a music manager can have is an absolute love for an artist's music. After that, a solid management team has to harness that love into a constructive artist development plan. A manager must be motivated, intelligent, experienced, personable and exceptional in dealing and negotiating with the music industry.



We build trustworthy relationships with our artists. Artists and bands must allow their management team to make crucial decisions that will positively affect their long-term success.



We are currently building our management roster for 2009-2010 and we hope to have a dynamic and diverse roster of mid-level artists on the edge of breaking a deal or national fanbase. We are looking for very motivated artists with great songs and performance skills.



Founded in 2005, AMG began as an Independent A & R Firm with an original vision to connect mid-level artists with record label executives. AMG achieved this goal through three venues including: The AMG Record Label Tip Sheet, Record Label Demo Shopping and Record Label Showcases. To that end, AMG connected dozens of talented independent artists and bands with A & R Representatives (talent scouts) at every major record label. We have the expertise to discover and develop new talent and create opportunities for those artists which we represent. Managing, developing, and accelerating the careers of our Artists with integrity is our core focus.
