Arezzo Wave Love Festival 2006

The Arezzo Wave Love Festival is the most important and long-lived rock review in Italy, and the most followed by the Italian youth with its 6 days of music, theatre, cinema and literature. We have a wonderful audience - more than 200,000 people in 2005! This year's festival will be held July 11-16, 2006 in Arezzo - one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, with a historic centre full of artistic and architectural treasures.

Two slots are reserved exclusively for international artists submitting through Sonicbids. $2000 compensation will be provided to selected artists. In addition, lodging and internal ground travel (from the nearest airport to venue and back) will be provided by Arezzo Wave. We have also reserved two spots exclusively for Italian artists on our Psycho Stage.

Born in 1987 with the aim of boosting the new young Italian music trends, Arezzo Wave Love Festival soon became an International music festival and a unique meeting point for European and International youth. It is a fantastic promotional tool that guarantees great press/TV coverage and a fantastic atmosphere. It is a unique event in Italy, which for about a week presents musical acts, DJ sets, theatre acts, readings and exhibitions.

Since its birth, Arezzo Wave Love Festival has presented acts from all over the world (France, Norway, Spain, South Africa, USA, Germany, Austria, Algeria, Palestine, Israel, Iran, Turkey, Australia, Holland, UK, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, Brazil, Tunisia and more), many of which were performing for the first time in Italy.

Genres accepted include contemporary Rock, Hip-Hop, World, Pop, Contemporary, Techno, Dance, etc.
