Summary

Arpix Media's 25 years of collective experience and three generations of musical upbringing have prepared them for the requirements of any film or TV series. Arpix has worked with over 90 films and more than 500 episodes of television.


Arpix Media is currently seeking music submissions for the television series Heartland set to air its second season in fall of 2008 on the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). Heartland is a dramatic Canadian television series about a family run horse sanctuary in Calgary. It’s a place where scars of the past can be healed and where frightened and abused horses learn to trust again. The series will broadcast on CBC this fall/2008.

Submissions should be reflective singer songwriter compositions, orchestral pop, or alternative country music. All submissions should be appropriate for dramatic scenes and montage sequences. Submissions should follow the general feel of artists such as Feist, Arcade Fire, Jenn Grant, and Ray LaMontagne.

Licensing compensation will be $500 per track. Rights cover world in perpetuity, all media now known or hereinafter devised.
