Summary

Vandala Concepts is an established music entertainment, marketing and promotions company who exists to aide independent artists. They are now welcoming submissions for their "free promotional compilation album," in which at least eight songs from Sonicbids artists are guaranteed to be featured. All artists maintain their rights, may receive a spot on their roster, and other promotional opportunities./n/nVandala Concepts is an established music entertainment, marketing and promotions company who exists to aide independent artists in achieving their desire to succeed in the music industry. They are now welcoming submissions for their "free promotional compilation album," in which at least eight songs from Sonicbids artists are guaranteed to be featured.



CDs will be given to indie, college, and mainstream radio stations across Canada and the USA. They will also be distributed to venues across Canada and any other opportunities that arise. Artist pay no money to be on compilation and do not pay for the CD beyond the submission fee



Added Bonus:


  • All artists maintain all rights.

  • Artists will receive free CDs to give out as swag

  • All submissions will be reviewed for a free spot on their website. The selected will be included in free promotions, an access to all of their services and discounts.

  • Artists will receive automatic submissions to two other companies. First is an independent label/international distribution. Second is a Vancouver based management company.



Artists, national or international, from a variety of genres are encouraged to submit. Artists must be committed, serious, and active, also have recorded a minimum of an EP.

Barron S, a Vandala Concepts artist, has been finding success with reviews all over the world and appearances on the charts with Indie/campus radio. She has scored prominent gigs at the Vancouver Music and Fashion Festival and Canadian Music Week and was also featured in the March 2, 2010 edition of British Columbia's The Province newspaper. She recently entered the studio to work with producers L-precise and Dave Badiuk.


It will be available for download on their site and CDs will be given out free at events and concerts. Downloads and CD will be made available to bands who are on the compilations. Submissions will be given a thorough review and all bands will also have a spot on their roster.

Vandala will contact the best bands out of all submissions to be on the compilation. All bands will also be kept on file for three months for any possible future opportunities.
