Summary

The Asheville Music Jamboree is one of the Southeast's most eclectic music and camping festivals, and is set to return to Deerfields in Mills River, NC during Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-25, 2008. In 2007, AMjam hosted headliners Michael Franti & Spearhead, Keller Williams & the WMDs, The Avett Brothers, Tobab Krewe, Donna the Buffalo, Acoustic Syndicate and more - representing the worlds of bluegrass, folk, alt-country, Americana, jambands, world music, funk and jazz. This year, Asheville Music Jamboree 2008 will feature 20+ bands performing between one venue and 2 different stages, including an emerging artist stage. All bands will be provided with free camping space.



In addition to a full bill of world-class music, Asheville Music Jamboree offers a robust Kids' Universe, diverse culinary offerings, a wide array of high-quality vendor merchandise, two small lakes, beautiful hiking/biking trails and free rustic camping.
