Austin Music Magazine

Austin Music Magazine is a locally owned and operated bi-monthly magazine out of Austin, TX. Our staff represents over 20 years publishing experience (and even longer as local musicians). We live, work, and play right here in Austin and we are dedicated to serving the Austin music community and visitor market by providing editorial coverage on topics that are timely, relevant, and useful to our readers.



Our magazine is available at over 200 locations in the Austin area and is part visitor guide, available at hotels, venues, etc. Our total circulation is 20,000. That's 20,000 or more potential readers in one of America's biggest music markets!

Austin Music features local and national acts including CD/DVD reviews, show previews and recommended festivals/music events. If we like your material, we will figure out where you fit in the magazine. Maybe it's a show preview, album review, etc. If you are from the Austin area, there is a chance that we may do a feature or even give you the cover. We cover all genres form post-punk to country.



We are proud to donate a percentage of our subscription revenue to local music charities.
