Summary

The Bakewell Acoustic Music Festival is a 3 day family festival starting on the evening of Friday the 12th of August through to early evening of Sunday the 14th. It will feature some of the finest acoustic music from across the world, that represent all genres of music from folk, Latin, country and bluegrass, right through to acoustic jazz, rock and blues. There is 1 slot reserved for Sonicbids artists to peform live at the festival. The festival is looking for acoustic artists of all genres who would like to play in front of around 600 festival goers. About the Festival:



Set on the showground in the picturesque market town of Bakewell, the festival is a cultural treat in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park. As well as enchanting ambiance, there will be the finest local real ales and ciders and the chance to taste some of the best food produce from the North.



Past performers include Los Pacaminos (Featuring Paul Young), Dizzy Club, Karima Francis, The Crooked Fiddle Band, Jose Vanders, John Riley, , Steve Turner, Gypsyfire, Phantom Limb, Hot Feet, Sparrow and the Workshop, The Re-Entrants, Gary Potter, Ryan Lauder, Please’Y’Self, Foy Vance, Goldheart Assembly and many more.
