Baltimore Music Conference

THE DATES OF THIS EVENT HAVE CHANGED

The 1st annual Baltimore Music Conference, being held in downtown Ostend/Russel Park Arena on October 8-9, 2005, promises to bring recognition to the music of Baltimore, those that make it happen, and to the city itself.

Baltimore's BELIEVE and the BMC will host stages featuring the talents of local musicians and bands playing predominantly original material and DJs spinning the hottest music in all genres of electronic dance music. There are a minimum of 36 time slots to be filled. In addition there will be stages hosted by local nightclubs, venues, and promoters dedicated to promoting local talent and bringing regional and national talent to Baltimore. The BMC will also feature the Undercurrents Stage which will host the 1st Baltimore regional showcase for songwriters, musicians, lyricists, and bands giving the musician, the DJ, and the attendee a wide choice and variety of music. Add to that vendors promoting their music and clubs, selling merchandise, food and beverages, a juried art show, a supervised area for children to entertain themselves, and the seminars and workshops led by some of the most respected and well known names in the music industry.

Being situated between Philly & DC and more widely between NY & Fl, Baltimore is the perfect place to draw the entire east coast together for the largest, all music, all genres, all encompassing, & all exciting outdoor music festival and conference.
