The Bastille Day Los Angeles Festival is an annual celebration of the French Independence Day. In 2011 it is set to take place at the Elysian Park, Sunday July 17th. They are seeking a minimum of 5 guaranteed acoustic performances by Sonicbids artists. Selected artists may sell merchandise at the festival and will also receive digital radio exposure. They are seeking acoustic only sets from the genres of a capella, acoustic, adult contemporary, alternative, Americana, avant-garde, blues, broadway, cabaret, classic rock, classical, country, electronica, folk, funk, jam band, jazz, Latin, pop, reggae, rock, singer/songwriter, soul, spoken word, standards, R&B, and world. Artists may sell merchandise at the festival and will also receive digital radio exposure.
The Bastille Day Los Angeles Festival draws between 9,000 and 15,000 people every year. This year the promoters have guaranteed a minimum of 4 reserved slots for Sonicbids members. Slots are 30 minutes each. All artists are provided with a table for post performance merchandise sales.
Each performer gets one track played on digital radio PATjE.FM with possible exposure on digital radio network from Agencing radio stations SLOW.FM, CHILLOUT.FM, and KTFM.FM.
