Bastrop Musicfest Benefit for CASA of Bastrop

The 2nd Annual Bastrop Musicfest is a fundraising event that benefits Court-Appointed Special Advocates for abused and neglected children (CASA). Held at The Oaks in Manor, Texas, this family-friendly event features two stages and has continuously sold out with an attendance of over 800 people. This years lineup includes Carolyn Wonderland and Eric Tessmer.

This year's festival will take place on October 4th, 2008. Bastrop Musicfest is seeking artists in genres such as blues, rock, progressive country, singer/songwriters and more to perform at this year’s event. Currently they are accepting Sonicbids submissions and have reserved 3 performance slots exclusively for Sonicbids artists. Compensation is offered, but is negotiated at the time of booking. Food, drinks and passes for each band member plus one will also be provided. AAE is known for providing excellent equipment and treating artists extremely well. New artists are invited to submit as Bastrop Musicfest is always looking for talented new acts. Past performances include Carolyn Wonderland, WC Clark, Mother Truckers and Anagen.
