Summary

The Redneck Circus presents the Battle of the Redneck Bands. 15 bands will be playing total over 4 nights: 2 bands Friday, 5 bands on Saturday and Sunday and 3 bands playing in Monday. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be chosen Monday at 4:30pm and a representative from each band will need to be onsite for the awards ceremony. 6 slots will be reserved for Sonicbids bands. The event takes place from September 2-5, 2011 at the Soggy Bottoms ATV Park in Abbeville, GA. Acceptable music is country, southern rock, and country hip hop. Bands will compete for cash prizes: 1st place-$800, 2nd place-$400, 3rd place-$300.

Acceptable music is country, southern rock, and country hip hop and bands must be able to play at least 2 original songs.

Selected bands receive:

Sets are at least 1 hour and 1.5 hours maximum

Grand Prize: $800 cash and a headlining spot at a future Redneck Circus event of your choice

2nd Place: $400 Cash

3rd Place: $300 Cash

Each band member will have one pass for them self and one for a guest for the entire event and free camping for three nights.

Sound system will be provided

Bands can sell merchandise

Judging will be done through audience participation bands are encouraged to bring all of their fans to the show
