Becky Wright Songs Publishing

A nationally award winning 10-year-old girl has just been offered a full-time job at a musical theater in Branson, MO. She is recording her first album, has songs by hit songwriters and some covers (in country and southern gospel), and needs a few more great songs. Songs must contain appropriate lyrics for a young girl - nothing too suggestive or abstract.



Songs selected for this recording project will receive statuatory mechanical license royalty payments, as well as the possibility of performance royalties through their P.R.O. (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc.), if there is surveyed radio airplay.



Stylistically this young singer has performed songs by Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift, The Talleys (southern gospel), Crystal Gayle, Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, etc. Upbeat songs are preferred.



Original songs only, published or unpublished. Simple guitar or piano and vocal demos and lyrics will suffice. If songs are not published, a single-song publishing contract may be offered to writers of songs selected for this project, and other great songs, even if they don't fit this particular project, through Banner Music Publishing in Shelbyville/Nashville, TN.
