Belmont Abbey College- Coffee House Showcase (Spring 2008)

Belmont Abbey College is a Catholic based college located 10 miles Southwest of Charlotte, NC. They are seeking are looking for local artists who wish to expand their fan base to perform on campus during the Spring 2008 semester. Typically, 4-5 artists are booked each semester.



Artists are primarily booked to perform at Holy Grounds, the campus coffee shop with a capacity of about 100. This venue has a small stage with very good sound for a soloist or small group playing acoustically. Artists can expect an audience between 30-60 people, depending on the genre and time of year.



In addition to Holy Grounds, this school also books various events on campus throughout the entire year. Belmont Abbey College is a Catholic based college, and vulgar or graphic language will not be permitted. Artists are provided with a small compensation of less than $500. Travel expenses are not included.
