Best of Belgium Compilation

Syndrome Recordings was founded by Mike Dierickx , a man with 15 years of experience as a successful Sony / Sony BMG dance producer and international DJ. He has worked with and produced such artists as Push, the Bloodhound Gang, Moby, and Sinead O’Connor. Co-managing Syndrome and aiding in the companies mission of promoting the best Belgian musicians, is rock producer and Five-O Music CEO Wim Arys. Having worked with Praga Kahn, Marc Moulin, Soulwax, and Kill Spector, Wim will help in pushing Syndrome's boundaries as the label expands beyond strictly electronic music into the realms of rock and other genres.



Keeping with this mission, Syndrome is putting together the Best of Belgium e-compilation to give 12 of the most talented unsigned Belgian artists the opportunity to have their music heard by a worldwide audience. The compilation is open to ALL genres of music and will receive distribution through iTunes, Napster, HMV, Virgin, and eMUSIC. Dierickx, who has had six Top 40 singles in the UK, numerous international hits, and performance experience from L.A. to Moscow, will use his expertise and worldwide contacts to promote the selected acts.



There are 2 slots on this compilation reserved for Sonicbids artists. All submissions should be of professional quality recordings. The compilation is scheduled for a November, 2006 release.



The most downloaded artist on the compilation will have the opportunity to sign a full album deal with Syndrome.
