Summary is creating a “Best Of Indies” Compilation CD to be delivered to college radio stations around the country as well as Canada, Ireland, and England. The proposed release date of the compilation CD is in September of 2009. This release date is in conjunction with the start of many new school semesters. This will be the third release of a successful music compilation by The “Best Of Indies” Compilation for College Radio CD will consist of the following genres: americana, alternative country, pop, alternative rock, jazz, soul/r&b and blues.

If your song is selected, you will be required to set up an artist profile and offer your music for sale on The artist payouts are $0.60 per download and $0.005 per song per stream. is a distributor for and pays all accounts owed $10 or more on a quarterly basis. There is no registration fee associated with an artist profile on

Moozone will select between 20 and 30 songs from their Sonicbids submissions. If selected, the song must be available to stream for free on wich will allow listeners to cast votes for the song. The Top 10 tracks, to be decided by listeners' votes (listeners will be able to vote for their top three choices), will be included on the “Best Of Indies - Fall 2009" Compilation CD. The voting process is expected to occur between June 15th and August 15th. Mooikoo will announce the winning songs on September 1st through their websites, monthly email, and a press release.

“Best Of Indie” Compilation for College Radio CD will be distributed via USPS on September 2, 2009 to college radio stations around the country as well as Canada, Ireland and England. Artists will not receive a copy of the physical CD, but will get a copy of the Press Release for their promotional materials. This is a great opportunity for any artists to receive some quality exposure, digital distribution and the possibility to have music played on various college radio stations around the globe.
