Summary

Black Hills State University (BHSU) is a public liberal acts college located in Spearfish, South Dakota enrolling just over 4,000 students. The school is currently accepting submissions from local, regional, and touring acts for on campus performances during the 2008/2009 school year. Bands and singer/songwriters, comedians, lecturers, hypnotists, magicians, fine arts, and other college acts are welcome to submit.



Selected acts will be compensated for their performance with a negotiable, inclusive flat fee. Typically, BHSU hosts 1-2 musical acts per semester and additional entertainment throughout the year. It is located on I-90, 10 minutes from the Wyoming border, Spearfish is only 46 miles from Rapid City, 65 miles from Mount Rushmore.
