Big Entertainment Talent Buying Division- Cover/tribute bands DJs, and Soloists

Based in Asheville and Raleigh, North Carolina, Big Entertainment is a one-stop-shop for musicians ready to take their careers to the next level. They offer multiple services (management, booking, marketing, and more) under one roof in an à la carte system. If selected, artists may choose the full package or pick just the department they need. Their efforts are currently focused throughout the Southeast, with plans of expanding to the Northeast by the summer of 2008, after which they will be looking westward. Big Entertainment’s goal is to help artists and managers develop the resources and grassroots marketing skills they need not only to survive, but thrive in the music industry. Big Entertainment was founded to provide artists with a united strategy coupled with lower prices. While Big Entertainment offers artist management services, they readily support, book, market and promote bands that already employ a manager.


Big Entertainment is currently looking for cover/tribute bands, DJ’s, and soloists for their Talent Buying Division.


The Talent Buying Division provides entertainment for festivals, college-oriented shows, corporate affairs, private parties, benefits, conferences, dances, cruises, and weddings. Big understands a generous portion of artist income is generated from private events. As such, Big strives to maintain excellent relationships with respected, professional talent buyers. Additionally, they also actively seek event related endeavors with which they can assist in providing event entertainment services. In other words, Big does not simply sit back and wait for opportunities; they create them.


To be considered, artist must have an updated professional website, reliable band transportation, and a promotional sampler video at least 2-3 minutes long, in addition to high resolution (300 dpi or better) pictures, and audio samples. (In certain circumstances, they can refer quality acts to one of their video production partners, but the video sampler is an important prerequisite before booking shows.
