The Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Conference & Awards, now in its 8th year, will be held November 28 - 30, 2007 atThe Renaissance Atlanta Hotel Downtown.

This 3-day event brings together the music professionals that help to create, produce, promote and distribute the hottest genre on the charts today. Attendees get face-to-face with over 700 key industry players for educational sessions, networking opportunities, expert roundtable discussions, live artist showcases, the Billboard Radio Awards and the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Party.

Attendees include artists & managers, A&R reps, booking agents, club owners, corporate sponsors, concert touring companies, distributors, DJs, festival producers, filmmakers, Internet companies, manufacturers, new media representatives, press, producers, production companies, publishing companies, radio and television management, record label executives, record producers, record studios, retailers, songwriters, wholesalers and more!

Showcase your artist and get MAXIMUM EXPOSURE at the industry's most important business-to-business event of the year! Here is your chance to perform live in front of all conference attendees, panelists and press.

There is a $5,000 showcase fee that selected artists must pay to participate.

Benefits include:

  • 2 songs/10 minute performance slot, time and location TBD.
  • Provided equipment: microphones, DAT/CD player, basic sound system (artist responsible for any additional equipment needed).
  • Promotion of artist on pre and onsite Conference materials including website and schedule of events.
  • 2 Conference registrations including tickets to the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Awards.
  • 4 additional guest tickets to your performance.
  • 1 registration bag insert (promotional items about the artist in conference attendee gift bags).
  • Opportunity to distribute promotional materials during your performance.
