Summary
Birdy's is a music venue in Indianapolis, IN actively seeking musicians for openings 7 nights a week based on availability. They usually book at least 30 but as much as 60 days in advance. There are almost 100 slots available; each month there are 4-5 reserved for Sonicbids artists. A local draw is not necessary to be booked, but is highly preferred.
Selected artists receive:
- Selected artists will be compensated for their performances based on attendance.
- Set lengths are 45-60 minutes.
- There is no backline at the venue, but a sound system (including vocal mics, monitors and a sound engineer) is available.
- They will provide contact information of bands performing with you if youd like to arrange sharing gear.
- The venue will contact artists for booking at least one month prior to the date of the show.
Genres accepted include: Rock, Alt. Rock, Acoustic Rock, Pop, Hard Rock, Metal, Blues, Alt-Country, Reggae, Jambands, Folk, Singer-Songwriters, hip-hop, and more.
