Black Potatoe is booking 15 Sonicbids artists for their 19th annual festival. All selected acts are compensated.
The Black Potatoe Music Festival is the country's longest running and premier independent music festival. It features 2 stages with 36 acts and will be held July 8-12th 2015. 3,000-5,000 attendees are expected at this annual event, many of whom have strong ties to the music industry.
The Opportunity
The festival was founded by Clinton, New Jersey native Matthew Angus and is hosted by Beth Williams of Black Potatoe Presents along with The Black Potatoe Music Festival Charitable Organization, a new 501c3. All proceeds from the festival go back to several non-profit organizations within the town of Clinton and the surrounding area.
2015 will mark the twelfth year that the Black Potatoe Music Festival and Sonicbids have partnered for submissions. Every submission is reviewed by at least 3 different judges. There are 7-10 judges and each submission will be listened to by at least 1 Grammy winning engineer.
