Summary

Songwriters, unsigned bands and independent artists are invited to submit original entries by November 31st 2009. The winning song will be digitally re-mastered to broadcast quality. The winner also gets their own professionally designed and hosted website./n/nThe inaugural Blackbird Song Contest is now open. Songwriters, unsigned bands and independent artists are invited to submit original entries by November 31st 2009. The winner will be chosen by a hand-picked panel of industry professionals.



The winning song will be digitally re-mastered to broadcast quality in close consultation with the winning artist who will retain ALL rights over their work and total artistic control.



The winner also gets their own professionally designed and hosted website � and their own domain name � to promote their talent. All fees and hosting costs will be paid in full for a whole year. The winning song will be distributed worldwide on iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, Napster and 5 other leading online stores � and the winner will receive 100% of the royalties from sales.
