Black box is a small non-profit cooperative of independent musicians regularly performing in Tokyo. They currently manage a monthly event held in an old practice studio, which can accommodate about 30 people. This month's event will be held on March 21st and will occur regular thereafter. They are looking for domestic or foreign acts touring Tokyo to come to the gathering. The usually host a small but welcoming audience who are music lovers, and can help you navigate around town. Proceeds from ticket sales are nominal, and go to offset the losses coming from studio including rental expenses and food. This is a great opportunity for any artist to visit an interesting part of the world, make new friends and perform all in one day.
