Back-Eyed Susan Acoustic Café, capacity around 65, is a venue for live music and great food in the Park Circle National Historic District in Angelica, NY. It is open for lunch seven days a week and on Friday & Saturday evenings for meals, homemade desserts, and espresso and coffee. "We have looked forward to opening this wonderful building to our friends and neighbors, and to creating an environment where food, conversation and great music come together every weekend," said Don Ash.

Their stage area is fairly small. They can accommodate an acoustic quartet - tightly. But a four- member band with electric instruments probably won’t fit. Regarding the acoustics of the room… consider a big old house with oak floors, remove all the furniture and replace that furniture with nice tables and chairs for the audience. The space is musically “bright”. Very little amplification is required. They can not accommodate a drum kit. Even a snare drum is too loud in our space. Hand drums can work. For additional details please see the “For Musicians” page of their web site.
